It is just mid of the month, and seriously i need my bank to be replenished.

Have stopped exercising for half a year.
Omg..
Before i started working, i seldom take rice in the afternoon.
And NOW i consume the same amount of food as my guy colleagues most of the times.
I have stopped growing "vertically", and therefore i do not want to grow "horizontally".
