Ask yourself...

"How do you spend your day?"

Just a simple question will able you to reflect how effective or efficient you are in spending your time..

Time is a unique resource and we hold the equal amount of time as everyone else.
Once it's gone, it's gone forever and we can never get it back.
So time management is very important.

Time management relates to choices.
Good choices lead to a better results/outcomes, while bad choices lead to a wasted time and energy.
Choices and prioritize is an inter-link issue.

Xf is very poor at time management.
She simply let time leak away.
So hopefully she can do something about it.
How?
Plan and prioritize.
Eliminate or reduce non-valued activities.
And get myself moving...
